This is an extremely nice spectacled (short-faced) bear upper premolar. This specimen is in remarkable condition with 100% of the enamel intact as well as two of the three roots that are fully intact. The enamel has an attractive naturally glossy enamel. There is still a section of jaw entangled in the roots. Awesome example all around.
