This is an incredibly rare fully rooted juvenile mammoth tooth. This tooth position is the first tooth that baby mammoths get soon after birth. Because of the splayed root design, they are virtually never found with the roots intact. Truly exceptional specimen. Much finer in hand; pictures do it no justice. Absolutely fantastic specimen.
