This is an absolutely exceptional and very impressive giant ground sloth vertebra. This specimen was found at the very well known Camelot site in Harleyville, South Carolina. It features very attractive cream patina that is absolutely classic for Camelot. Well preserved and very detailed specimen. Rock solid and heavily mineralized - it weighs 2lb 8.9oz. Awesome example from a rare and highly sought after species.
