This is a massive and very impressive section of tusk from the rare gomphothere. This specimen is rock solid and very heavy at 11lb 13.1oz. It still retains part of the unique enamel band on the bark of the tusk. Fantastic and very impressive specimen that the pictures do absolutely no justice. Very rare piece.
