This is a simply MASSIVE giant ground sloth metacarpal (finger bone). This specimen is from the world famous Leisey Shell Pit and was found by Frank Garcia. Very impressive specimen that weighs just over 5lbs - not a typo - a single finger bone that weighs over 5lbs!! Incredibly well preserved specimen with very crisp features all around. Really magnificent specimen, beyond rare in this size and quality.
