Stunning Tapir Mandible with Pink Algae

This is an extremely attractive tapir mandible (lower jaw) with four perfect teeth still intact. One side of the jaw is nearly entirely covered with beautiful pink algae splotches. Three of the teeth are fully erupted along with roots of fourth erupted tooth, and one is unerupted in the back of the jaw. Very large section of bone that is well mineralized - specimen weighs over 1lb. This is a very unique specimen that displays incredibly well.
