This is a very rare saber cat incisor tooth. This is the upper I2 jaw position, a quite uncommon jaw position to find. 95% of the enamel is intact and has a very attractive ultra glossy patina. This specimen shows well the unique double cusps for this jaw position. Great example. This is a great representation from a rare and highly desirable species - the king of the ice age: The iconic Smilodon.
