This is an absolutely exceptional and beyond rare three-toed horse center hoof core (ungual phalanx). This specimen is perfectly preserved and fully intact with no damage anywhere. It has an attractive glossy dark chocolate patina. This is probably the finest three-toed horse hoof core that we have ever offered for sale. Truly a museum quality specimen.
