This is an absolutely awesome juvenile horse symphysis (chin) with two unerupted adult incisors still intact. This specimen was found at the famous Leisey Shell Pit by Frank Garcia. This would be a fun jaw to x-ray as the adult canines are likely still hidden in the bone. Attractive glossy patina on the bone and incisors. Rock solid and very heavily mineralized. Really fantastic and fascinating specimen.
