This is a very rare section of five still fused giant tortoise spurs. Some call this part of the "caudal buckler" to protect the rear end of the tortoise. Very well preserved and detailed example. This is one of only a small handful of fused giant tortoise spurs that we have ever offered for sale. Really neat piece.
