This is an exceptionally nice sloth thoracic vertebra. This specimen is from the very uncommon early Pleistocene Megalonyx species. This is an incredibly well preserved specimen with crisp features all around. Awesome porcelain-like preservation. Top quality specimen. Sloth vertebrae of this quality are incredibly rare to find.
